Another group of fishermen released

Another group of Sri Lankan fisherman held under Indian arrest has been released.
The Ministry of Fisheries said that five fishermen and their fishing boat have been released.

The Ministry stated that the fisherman have been held under arrest in Tamil Nadu.

The group will be flown into the country. Accordingly, with the release the number of fishermen held under Indian arrest falls to twenty six while the number of fishing boats in Indian custody falls to five.
